PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas, hereinafter referred to as “SPTP” or the “Company”, was established pursuant to Deed No. 36 dated 10 April 2013, as last amended by Deed No. 18 dated 11 October 2021, executed before Nanda Fauz Iwan, S.H., M.KN. Such deed has been approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia under Decision No. AHU-0056434.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2021 dated 12 October 2021 regarding the Approval of the Amendment to the Articles of Association of the Limited Liability Company.
